Some crisp shots and a tour video of the next BlackBerry flame 2 (9810) have emerged, showing that it is living and OS 7 running. Is not the first time, we have seen the flame 2 on video, but this is certainly the visit more and more complete, we have seen to date. The material is not particularly interesting since everything seems to be the same since the 9800 original flame, but this is really what is under the hood that counts. Virtual keyboard keys are a little better spaced and include a bar above so you can hide without having to dig around in the system menu. Research universal voice works immediately, probably because the data must go to a server somewhere and the unit is not connected to the internet.

Messaging voice Visual is also responsible for the existence and would be a welcome sight, in view of its current rarity. The browser is still a work in progress, but protect the BlackBerry, a service built for the remote backup, followed and wiping device is getting his debut preload. Although we expect torch 2 run with a field communication chip close as the Bold 9900 recently announced, no there was no option of assets it nor the mobile hotspot on the manage connections screen (the magnetic compass is always good, as evidenced the compass app). The rumour HSPA + connectivity is apparently not yet, but may be included for launch around summertime early. Finally, there is a section under the settings for "smart accessories", which sounds promising, although there are not many new details.

What we have seen in the leaves of spec disclosed, the 9810 flame should have a processor 1.2 GHz, 768 MB RAM, 8 GB of local storage (more than 32 GB of microSD memory card), a VGA screen from sharp 3.2 inch 640 x 480, 5 megapixel camera with LED flash and 720 p video recording. It is the same form factor slider touchscreen than the original, except for a more all around silver finish packing. OS 7 includes an updated browser and a new engine called liquid Graphics, which should help improve responsiveness, load times, and the transition animations.

I currently use the 9800 flame full time and it is certainly due for an update with dual-core smartphones coming from all directions, but can I have to opt for the bold 9900 instead, since it is likely to have the longest battery life, and the redesigned form factor holds a lot of appeal. That you choose between the two?
