Intel Corporation has expanded its third generation State solid drive parade with Intel X 25 - M G2 120 go new. Code name Postville, 120 GB Intel X 25 - M SSD G2 (SSDSA2MH120G2K5) is based on the 34 nm MLC NAND chip flash memory and controller Intel.
The new drive uses the SATA 3.0 GB/S interface and providing read and write speeds of 250 MB/S and 70 MB/S respectively. Intel X 25-M 80 GB and 160 GB models G2, G2 Intel X 25 - M SSD is form factor 2.5 capable inch installed on desktops and laptops.The DSS is 9.5 mm thick .the price of Intel X 25 - M SSD 120 GB G2 is about €210.
