New drives come with a capacity of 100 GB, 160 GB, 240 GB GB 360, 480 GB, 960 GB and. RevoDrive SSD OCZ X 2 series is to offer speeds of 740 MB / s read, up to 720 MB / s write. It also uses four SandForce FS-1200 RAID 0 internal controllers and a PCI-Express x 4 interface.
New OCZ SSD PCIe RevoDrive X 2 is based on MLC (multi-level cell) technology for up to 120 000 IOPS of random write performance NAND flash 2 000 000 hours, TRIM and support in order to optimize drive performance.
