When the legal battle between Apple and Samsung started to heat, Samsung asked to see future models of Apple for the iPhone and iPad. Apple accused Samsung of the copy of the iPhone and iPad for the Samsung Galaxy line of smartphones and tablets, rather than being original and innovative. Samsung has in turn demanded to see Apple future designs and plans for the iPhone and iPad to see if their designs are similar. The application is almost hilarious.
Apple had already accused Samsung of failing to innovate, and following Samsung was scheduled to see future models? The funny thing is that a few months earlier, after the announcement of the iPad 2, Samsung admitted that its own tablets had gaps and have been inadequate compared to the iOS tablet. One might think that the request to see their sailing as legal guarantees, and Apple plans seems desperate. In addition, the iPhone maker said that Samsung did not need to see plans for the future for the iPhone or iPad because Apple has not been charged with copy of Samsung.
Additional lawsuits have been discovered and Apple proved accused Samsung of harassment and refers to the Korean manufacturer as a "scribe." Harsh words, but if you look at the design of the smartphones before and after the iPhone, it is very clear that it was a game copy where everyone has tried to emulate the iPhone, or at least take several of its bearings of the same design.
AppleInsider reports:
"I am in agreement with Apple that Samsung applications go far beyond this requested Apple."
