I live in Sunny San Diego for the Qualcomm's Uplinq Conference and CEO Dr. Paul e. Jacobs will soon be on stage to give us a State of the mobile industry. Qualcomm has its fingers in almost all aspects of the mobile space, it will be interesting to see if it takes a few jabs over competitors. HP Jon Rubinstein, formerly CEO of Palm, will speak after Jacobs and done some time we have heard on webOS devices, so there may be something its sleeves.
