Two analysts provide conflicting reports about whether or not that it will be enough tablets iPad 2 for launch buyers. Goldman Sachs said the new poster would be a bottleneck or "performance difficulties", but it is by courts, as they say "almost all new products Apple iOS begin with limited volumes." They say that the problem is related to the process and is corrected in a timely manner, but Craig Berger FBR capital was more optimistic. It increased its planned iPad shipments this quarter 5.1, 5.5 million solid 2 million which would be the iPad new 2 (previously scheduled to 300,000). FBR estimates in the second quarter will see 7.2 million Apple tablet shipments, the majority being the iPad 2.
The iPad 2 will be announced in a few short days, but I expect upgrade iterative modest, solid market app, the inclusion of a camera expected since long and Apple aggressive marketing will probably hold the line against the onslaught of Android tablets down the pipe. We're not quite sure what specifications will be, but more RAM and a faster processor are likely both and there is possibility in support of NFC, but no slot for SD card or display retina already speculated. I am curious - what Apple would have to be included on the iPad 2 for you guys to buy one?
