Sprint is against the acquisition of T-Mobile, as all of AT & T

Sprint Logo2 300x360 Sprint is against AT&T acquiring T Mobile, like everyone elseIn the CTIA, 2011 in Orlando, Florida, last week, CEO of Sprint Dan Hesse shows really colours taking solid jabs at each other carriers during a CEO round table moderated by Jim Cramer. And during the Sprint EVO, Hesse quipped that other 3D unveiling carriers have "false-G" rather than real 4 G. It was quite hilarious. But the Sprint also clear that the other big news, AT & T acquisition of T-Mobile, was not good for the industry and consumers.

This time, Sprint makes it official: she is openly opposed to the proposed acquisition. Of course, the agreement could take another year before it is approved by regulators, but the FCC has been far too soft for wireless telecommunications. This is not beyond imagination that the transaction can pass and we'll be stuck with two huge carriers, potentially leaving us with few options and Sprint in a distant third place.

Sprint said, "AT & T and Verizon are already by far the largest providers of wireless." "If it is approved, the proposed acquisition would create a combined company would almost three times the size of the Sprint in terms of revenue wireless and hide from AT & T and duopoly control of Verizon Wireless market".

No there is no real competition in the wireless space. Any person who claims that the U.S. cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS and other represent competition is joke themselves.
